Give secure, private access to your precinct leaders and authorized volunteers to use the Virtual Call Center. Easily and quickly select the voter universe to be called by choosing criteria, including: Geographic Area (precinct, zip code, city, congressional district, etc.) Party, Interests, Date Registered to Vote, Date Last Contacted Voter History and Method of Voting (absentee, early, at the poll) Race, Gender, Age and more... Easily and quickly create scripts for callers to use. Callers see the script above each voter record. Script can be opened in a new window or printed out. You can change the script as often as needed. Add details to voter records as calls are made, including: Call result (spoke to, not home, left message, wrong number, etc.) Support level (support, neutral, oppose, etc.) Follow-up action (will place yard sign, volunteer, make a pledge, host house party, etc.) Notes Email address Pull up pledge reports to track which voters have made pledges: View list of all unfulfilled pledges. Search by voter name and date of pledge. Once the contribution is received, you can go into the voter record and mark it as received with the amount and date. View call center reports of how many calls have been made by each volunteer.
